Where we ship from

Orders ship from our shops in Elk Grove, California and Beaverton, Oregon.

Free shipping in the lower 48

Shipping is free on everything to addresses in the lower 48 states.

Same-day shipping on select items

Select items ordered by 1 pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm PT, on a weekend or on a holiday ship the next business day. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Outside the lower 48

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US: contact us with your complete address and we'll quote shipping.

Delivery times

Delivery dates are estimates once the package is with the carrier. We're not responsible for carrier delays.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us as soon as you can with your order number. We'll reply by email so you can send photos of the box and the part, and we'll make it right.

Local pickup

You can pick up your order in Elk Grove, CA or Beaverton, OR. Contact us before you order so we can have it ready.
