Refund policy
30-day returns
You have 30 days after you receive your order to request a return. Nothing is final sale, and that includes sale items.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Restocking fee
Returns carry a 20% restocking fee, taken out of your refund. There's no restocking fee when we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Use our contact form with your order number and the item you want to return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Return shipping
You pay for return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us.
Warranty
- Parts we make: 1-year warranty.
- Everything else: 30-day warranty.
If a part has a problem within its warranty, contact us with your order number. We'll reply by email so you can send photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get something different is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. The restocking fee doesn't apply to these returns.
